Brooklyn Delhi Golden Coconut Curry 340g
A wonderfully versatile sauce that is luscious, lemony, savory and a little sweet and spicy all at once.
Instructions: Add 1 jar of our Golden Coconut Curry to 1 lb sauteed tofu, chicken, fish or veggies or 1/2 cup cooked lentils. Add up to 1 cup coconut milk. Simmer until heated through. Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt and Brooklyn Delhi achaar or chutney (optional) over rice or with naan.
Ingredients: onions, organic coconut cream, water, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, spices (including turmeric and paprika), garlic, lemon juice, ginger, contains 1% or less of brown sugar, tamarind, salt.
