Ingredients:
Ingredients: Enriched White Rice (Rice, Iron Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Dried Onion, Salt, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Caramel Color, Dried Bell Pepper, Spices, Dried Garlic, Chili Powder, Dried Green Onion, Dried Parsley, Tricalcium Phosphate (Anticaking Agent), Natural Flavor.

Stove Top:
1. - In a saucepan, combine 2 1/2 cups of water, jambalaya mix, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and 1 pound of bite size pieces of seafood, smoked sausage, ham or precooked chicken.
2. - Bring to a boil and stir well. Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. - Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Microwave:
1. - In a microwaveable dish, combine 2 1/2 cups of hot water, jambalaya mix, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, 1 pound of bite size pieces of seafood, smoked sausage, ham or precooked chicken.
2. - Cover and cook on high for 25 minutes*, stirring occasionally.
3. - Remove and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Stir, serve and enjoy.*Cook time may vary depending on the power of the microwave oven.
