Ugly Food and Co Laksa Paste 250ml

Perfect as a soup base or in a stirfry, this paste is made with a subtle chilli hit, along with the flavours of onion, lemon-grass, spices, galangal ginger and turmeric. To cook simply saute paste in a pot until fragrant, add your choice of veggies, tofu, chicken or fish and stir through. Add coconut milk, bring to the boil then let gently simmer for 20-30mins. Serve with rice or egg noodles, topped with plenty of fresh herbs. Dig in!
